Tangen Talks Trunk or Treat, API and EOR

Dickinson's API Trunk of Treat becomes the Bakken's Talk of the Town.

Mark Tangen, Business Development Manager, Endurance Lift Solutions and the president of Dickinson API chapter, joins TownSquare Media’s KLXX SuperTalk 1270AM’s Talk of the Town with Steve Bakken and Jason Spiess to discuss enhanced oil recovery, workforce solutions and industry engagement with the community.

Tangen recaps their Trunk of Treat event in Dickinson, where the API Dickinson chapter gave the first 750 children seasonal gloves with the API logo on them and candy for all the children who attended the annual event.

The three discuss Enhanced Oil Recovery and it’s potential in the Bakken as well as how it is working in other shale plays.

Tangen explains how artificial lift solutions provide answers in ESP, gas lift, plunger lift, and rod lift applications. They offer permanent real-time downhole gauges and capillary services to improve well productivity and downhole run life, allowing operators to realize significant lease operating expense savings with reduced service rig callouts.

Endurance was formed in 2014 and have expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Today, they are one of the largest independent artificial lift companies in the U.S., with service centers in key oil and gas producing regions across the country.
