DRILLING PERMITS
Weiser-Brown Operating Company of Magnolia has amended its drilling permit for the PD 1 well, 2,626 feet FSL and 1,444 feet FEL in Section 6-15S-19W in the Stephens Field of Ouachita County. The permit depth was changed to 3,750 feet in the James Lime.
SWA Lithium LLC is the operator and Reliance Well Service is the contractor for the Robinson No. 1, 2,272 feet FSL and 2,265 feet FWL in Section 35-16S-23W in a wildcat field in Lafayette County. Permit depth is to 8,800 in the Smackover Zone. Work will start May 15.
Quanico Oil & Gas of El Dorado is the operator and Sewell Drilling is the contractor for the Terrell “A” No. 3, 1,036 feet FSL and 2,267 feet FEL in Section 22-18S-14W in the Olin Forest North Field of Union County. Total depth will be to 4,400 in the Travis Peak. Work will start April 2.
COMPLETIONS
Quanico Oil and Gas of El Dorado reported that its Gammill 1 was a dry hole. It was located 1,813 feet FSL and 2,339 feet FWL in Section 2-17S-14W in the Champagnolle Field of Union County. Total depth was to 5,903 feet. Work was finished February 23.
RECOMPLETIONS AND WORKOVERS
James Langley Operating Company of Smackover has reported four recompletions, all in the Smackover Field of Union County.
The J.H. Alphin No. 20 is in Section 10-16S-15W. Total depth was to 2,224 feet with perforations between 2,264 and 2,268 feet in the Nacatoch Zone. Daily production is 4 barrels.
The J.H. Alphin No. 8 is in Section 10-16S-15W. Total depth was to 2,566 feet with perforations between 1,975 and 1,980 feet in the Nacatoch Zone. Daily production is 3 barrels.
The Alphin No. 6 is in Section 2-16S-15W. Total depth was to 3,500 feet in the Travis Peak with perforations between 3,0032 and 3,046 feet. Daily production is 3 barrels.
There was no production at the Alphin “A” No. 11, Section 2-16S-15W. Total depth was to 3,240 in the Travis Peak, with perforations between 2,041 and 3,045 feet.
Albermarle Corporation has completed the workover of its Brine Injection Well 58 in Section 2-17S-20W in the Warnock Springs Field of Columbia County. Total depth was to 8,070 feet in the Smackover Zone, with perforations between 7,564 and 7,962 feet. Work was finished February 13.
Mission Creek Operating Company has completed the workover of the Willis A-Heritage UB 1, Section 17-18S-21W in the Dorcheat Macedonia Field of Columbia County. Total depth was to 8,737 feet in the Cotton Valley Zone, with perforations between 7,344 and 8,571 feet. Daily production is 1.67 barrels. Work was finished February 13.
Arklatx Operating Company of Smackover has recompleted the Yard 27, Section 10-16S-15W in the Smackover Field of Union County. Total depth was to 2,800 feet in the Graves Zone, with perforations between 2,460 and 2,476 feet. No production was noted. Work was finished January 26.
RAT Oil LLC of Stephens has completed the workover of the HGC Lewis No. 13, Section 10-14S-21W in the Irma Field of Nevada Company. Total depth was to 1,268 feet in the Nacatoch Zone. Work was finished January 5.
